"Requisitions" means certi£cates executed by an Authorized Officer of the City and filed with the Trustee requesting disbursement from the Insurance and Condemnation Fund. "Reserve Fund" means the fund by that name established under, and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 210 of the Trust Agreement. "Reserve Requirement" means, as of any date of calculation, the lesser of (i) 10% of the principal amount of the Lease Agreement, (ii) an amount equal to the maximum annual Lease Payments payable pursuant to the Lease Agreement by the City between such date of calculation and the expiration of the Lease Agreement, or (iii) 125% of the average annual Lease Payments payable pursuant to the Lease Agreement by the City; provided that the initial Reserve Requirement shall be $ "Revenues" shall mean all moneys deposited in the funds and accounts (other than the Rebate Fund) established pursuant [o the Trust Agreement (including Interest Earnings thereon) and any and all amounts paid by City pursuant to the Lease Agreement, except [o the extent that any of such moneys are to be paid to the United States government pursuant to the Nonarbitrage Certificate. "Site Lease" means the Site Lease, dated as of May 1, 1994, between theCity and the Authority. "Trust Agreement" means this Trust Agreement, dated as of April 1, 1994, between the Trustee and the Authority, pursuant to which the Authority agrees to execute and deliver the Bonds and the Trustee agrees to administer funds and the Authority grants and assigns to the Trustee the rights to exercise certain rights and remedies. "Trust Estate" means all present and future estate, right, title and interest of [he Trustee in and to the Project, the Lease Agreement, the Trust Agreement and any other authorized agreements including, without limitation, all amounts ofLease Payments payable under the Lease Agreement, all insurance policies or proceeds, requisitions, indemnities, condemnation awards or other payments of any kind, in each case payable to the Trustee for or with respect to the Project, or any component part thereof, except for any indemnities or compensazion payable to the Trustee in its individual capacity pursuant to the Trust Agreement, the Lease Agreement or any other authorized agreement.
