Section 203. Deposit of Monies. <br />The Authority shall cause to be deposited with the Trustee on the Closing Date <br />an amount equal to $ which moneys shall be transferced to the various funds <br />and accounts as specified in Sections 204, 205, 206 and 208 hereof. <br />Section 204. Transfer to Escrow Fund. <br />The Trustee shall, on the Closing Date, transfer to the Escrow Fund the <br />amounts set forth in the Delivery Certificate and Cross-Receipt delivered to the Trustee on the <br />Closing Daze. <br />Section 205. Establishment o(Payment Fund. <br />There is hereby established a separate [rust fund to be designated the "Payment <br />Fund, 1994 Series B". The Trustee shall maintain the Payment Fund until the Lease Payments <br />are paid in full pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement. The Trustee shall administer <br />the Payment Fund as provided in Section 301 hereof. <br />The Trustee shall, on the Closing Date, deposit to the Payment Fund the <br />amounts specified in the Delivery Certificate and Cross-Receipt delivered to the Trustee on <br />the Closing Date, representing certain Lease Payment obligations of the City from the date <br />hereof. <br />Section 206. Establishment of Delivery Costs Fund. <br />There is hereby established a separate trust fund to be designated "Delivery <br />Costs Fund". The Trustee shall, on the Closing Date, deposit in the Delivery Costs Fund the <br />amounts specified in the Delivery Certificate and Cross-Receipt delivered to the Trustee on <br />the Closing Date, and shall maintain such fund as specified in Section 302 hereof. <br />Section 207.. Establishment of Insurance and Condemnation Fund. <br />The Trustee is hereby authorized to establish, at such time as it is required <br />hereunder or under [he Lease Agteement, a separate fund to be designated the "Insurance and <br />Condemnation Fund", which shall be maintained and applied pursuant to Section 303 hereof. <br />Section 208. Establishment of the Reserve Fund. <br />(a) There is hereby established a separate trust fund designated as the <br />"Reserve Fund, 1994 Series B" (the "Reserve Fund"). The Trustee shall keep such Fund <br />separate and apart from all other funds and accounts held by it and shall administer such Fund <br />as provided in Section 304 hereof. <br />8 <br />440G901M.fA1 <br />
