Site buildings along the Bernal Avenue right-of--way in a man- <br />ner that allows views into and beyond the site. <br />Impact to be Mitigated: Development stmc[ures and fencing would reduce visibility into and <br />beyond the site and diminish the availability of distant views from Bernal <br />Avenue. <br />Agency/Individual <br />Responsible for <br />Implementation: Site developer <br />Implementation Timing: Prior to approval of the Specific Plan <br />Mitigation Specifications: The August, 2000 Specific Plan calls for clustering of [he higher-density <br />buildings in the northwest comer of the Central Parcel, which would <br />reduce the view-impeding effect of the project. Of the locations along <br />Bemal Avenue, only the site in the exfreme northwest corner of [he <br />Central Parcel (Parecl 7) is planned for a stmeture that could be of <br />significant size.
