The City will ensure <br /> implementation of the recommendations of the archeologist pursuant [o <br /> the Ptan. <br /> Ijknnwn sires cannot 6e avoided: <br /> (h) Develop and implement a Resources Recovery Plan at known sites. <br /> No land-disturbing activities associated with site preparation and/or <br /> development will 6e permitted until the Resources Recovery Plan is <br /> prepared and accepted by [he City. Similarly, no land-disturbing activities <br /> may be undertaken on the portion of [he site set aside for potential later <br /> investigation until [hat investigation has taken place. <br /> (c) Assure protection of cultural resources consistent with the <br /> Resources Recovery Plan during all stages of site preparation and <br /> construction activities in [he study area. <br />Agency/Individual <br />Responsible for <br />Monitoring: City of Pleasanton, Planning Department <br />Action by Monitor.
