GOAL: Provide supervised before- and after-school child care services for middle- <br /> school-age youth. <br /> <br />RATIOI~zt* <br />~onlm,llfity ~ hive ~ child ~ ~ the middle school yeats as a significant need. <br /> <br />OBJECTIVES IMPLEMENTATION SUGGESTIONS <br /> <br />Provick before- and after-school care, activities and <br />long/short-term t~grams such as am and czars, <br />spedal interest classes, and recreation activities to <br />serve the needs of middle school youth and their <br />familias. <br /> <br />Possible providers of such services might include the <br />City of Pleasanton, PUSD, appropriate for. profit <br />businesses such as Challenger Sports, YMCA, faith <br />community, non-profit organizations, child care <br />providers and other related agencies. <br /> <br />INDICATOR OF PROGRESS: <br /> <br />1.
