Detachment. The parties imend that the ultimate City boundaD, shall be <br /> located at the northeasterly edge of the right-of-way of the realigned <br /> Vineyard Avenue. To have the city limit line located at this practical <br /> location requires the detachment of that portion of the Property lying north <br /> of the northeasterly edge of the right-of-way. The parties agree to take the <br /> steps necessary to subdivide or adjust lot lines in order to establish a lot <br /> boundary capable of becoming a city limit line in accordance with Local <br /> Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) requirements.
