In quarry circles. the I.AVQAR plan from 1981 is more commonly referred to as the "Specific Plan' rather than a 'reclamation plan' as is slated in this paragraph As clarification, please reference to "Specific Plan" or "LAVQAR Plan" so as to not confuse the LAVQAR plan with the individual quarry operator's reclamation pleas for specific quarry areas. 19.1 There are many reclamation plans. but only one LAVQAR "Specific Plan." 2,) 'fhe number one objective of the Chain of Lakes as called out in the Specific Plan (LAVQAR) k "to mitigate altcrationlimpedanoe of groundwater movement and storage due to mining operations." This statement may mislead residents of Pleasanton as to what recreational uses they can I expect to enjoy in the fixture at the Chain of Lakes facility.
