Page 2 Vineyard Villa Mobilehome Residents June 11,2009 In addition, there will be two all Park meetings next week at the Clubhouse. One meeting will be on Tuesday, June 16, beginning at 2 p.m. and the other meeting will be on Wednesday, June 17, beginning at 7 p.m. Representatives from the City will be at both meetings and we expect a representative from the Park Owner to attend at least one of these meetings. The purpose of the meetings is to provide more information about the conversion and to answer any questions you might have concerning the proposed conversion. At that time, we hope to have available a number of documents from the State Department of Housing and Community Development concerning the Mobilehome Park Resident Ownership Program, a State program that currently provides low interest loans for low income persons who wish to purchase a lot within a mobilehome park that has converted to residential ownership. At those meetings there will be an opportunity for small groups to sign up to meet with City staff on Tuesday June 23 (at the Clubhouse) to answer any other questions on the conversion that you might have. Council also asked that a revised survey concerning the conversion be sent to the residents. Unlike the previous survey, this survey would just ask whether you are or are not in support of the conversion. That survey will be provided to you the week of June 29 and is to be returned to the City (we will provide you with a self addressed, stamped envelope).
