VINEYARD MOBILE VILLA This Survey requests information concerning your support for the change of ownership of the Park to a resident owned park. Each household should complete one Survey and mail the completed Survey to the Office of the City Attorney, P.O. Box 520, Pleasanton, CA 94566 -0802 in the attached self addressed, stamped envelope. No one in the Park will see the individual Surveys. The only information that will be provided to resident households is a summary of the data gathered. SURVEY The effect of a change of the method of ownership from a rental park to a resident owned park, as proposed by the Park owner, provides a choice to the resident households. If the Park becomes a resident owned Park, in the future (at least ten years from now), residents may purchase their lots or may continue to rent the space on which their mobile home is located. You may support the change of ownership to a resident owned park without a personal desire to purchase your lot. Support of the conversion to resident ownership also does not mean that you will be required to purchase your lot. 1. I support changing ownership of the park to a resident owned park. 2.
