Ms. Forbath explained that the State controls mobile home parks, not the City. She noted that if <br /> you think there are any violations in the park you should call Housing and Community <br /> Development (HCD). <br /> A resident asked who would be called after the conversion and all the lots are sold. Ms. Forbath <br /> replied that it still would be HCD. <br /> Ms. Forbath stated there would be CC &Rs that would apply to all homes in the park and those <br /> rules are approved by the Department of Real Estate. <br /> With no more questions or statements, staff thanked the residents for attending and informed <br /> them that they would be receiving a public hearing notice for the Planning Commission meeting <br /> sometime this month.
