COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> EXTENSION OF REAL <br /> PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State of California, <br /> LICENSOR, Specialty Sales Of Pleasanton, LICENSEE, did enter into a Real Property <br /> License Agreement dated July 1, 1991, which said instrement licenses the use of the premises <br /> at "Niles Canyon Transportation Corridor County Road No. 8111, (Downtown <br /> Pleasanton Segment) more particularly described therein, and said Real Property License <br /> Agreement expires on June 30, 2005; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Real Property Agreement was assigned on July 1, 1992, to the <br /> County of Alameda by Southern Pacific Transportation Company; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of LICENSOR and LICENSEE to extend the term <br /> of said Real Property License Agreement for the period of time hereinafter specified; <br /> THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real Property License <br /> Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on July 1, 2005, and terminating <br /> on June 30, 2006, with all other terms and conditions thereof continuing in effect, except as <br /> hereinafter modified. <br /> TERMS <br /> (1) FEE: Licensee shall pay Licensor the sum of One Hundred and 00 /100 Dollars <br /> ($100.00), payable in advance, for the use of the licensed premises during the term <br /> hereinabove set forth. <br /> Dated: (j 20 d <br /> LICENSOR LICENSEE <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA SPECIALTY SALES OF PLEASANTON <br /> By: L 1 <br /> G ORGE SUKKAR <br /> DEPUTY DIRECTOR <br /> PUBLIC WORKS AGENCY <br /> Niles Canyon Transportation Corridor <br /> APN: 94- 106 -11 (Por.) <br /> Specialty Sales of Pleasanton <br /> EXTENSION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />
