COUNTY OF ALAMEDA EXTENSION OF REAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the County of Alameda, a political subdivision of the State of California, LICENSOR, Specialty Sales Of Pleasanton, LICENSEE, did enter into a Real Property License Agreement dated July 1 1991, which said instrument licenses the use of the premises at "Niles Canyon Transportation Corridor County Road No. 8111, (Downtown Pleasanton Segment) more particularly described therein, and said Real Property License Agreement expires on June 30, 2007; and WHEREAS, said Real Property Agreement was assigned on July 1, 1992, to the County of Alameda by Southern Pacific Transportation Company; and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of LICENSOR and LICENSEE to extend the term of said Real Property License Agreement for the period of time hereinafter specified; THEREFORE, it is hereby mutually agreed that the term of said Real Property License Agreement is extended for a period of one year, commencing on July 1, 2007, and terminating on June 30, 2008, with all other terms and conditions thereof continuing in effect, except as hereinafter modified. TERMS (1) FEE: Licensee shall pay Licensor the sum of One Hundred Fifty and 001100 Dollars ($150.00), payable in advance, for the use of the licensed premises during the term hereinabove set forth. (2) CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE: Licensee shall provide a certificate of liability insurance coverage indemnifying the Licensor and naming the Licensor as an additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000.00.
