Mayor Oxsen explained that the land was <br />leveled tiAggiiii and subject to flooding with sewage effluent. He suggested <br />that interested parties might submit proposals for lease of the land. <br />Resolution 2202 accepting the contract work for improvements of St. Mary, Bernal <br />and Division Streets and authorizing payment to the contractors in the amount of <br />$10,005.41 was adopted on the recommendation of Harry Goodridge and on motion by <br />councilman Hansen, seconded by councilman Trimingham and approved by all <br />councilmen. The Clerk was authorized to execute and file a notice of completion <br />for the contract work. <br />Engineer Goodridge reported that the sewer connections to the Fiorio apartments <br />on Rose Avenue were sktisfactory. <br />Mayor Oxsen reported that the County Planning Commission had postponed action on <br />the tentative map of the Lassen Tract Subdivision in order to allow time for <br />correction of drainage details. It was suggested that a meetingbbe, held with all_ <br />interested parties to arrive at a solution to this problem. <br />4\ <br />
