Mr. Dutra stated that he had used the County
Survey No. 7520, made in 1920 by Mr. Bill Yokum, and he maintains that his markings
are correct. Mr. Oxsen was asked to write to Mr. Ewolson in the County Surveyor's
office stating the above information..
The County is now starting work on the Pleasanton Sunol Road opposite our Sewage Dis-
posal Plant. Since the water line serving the. users on the Pleasanton -Sunol Road is
in bad condition, Mr. Oxsen advised Mr. Herman Koopman that it would be advisable to
install a new line for the distance the County is raising the elevation of the Road,
placing same adjoining the Towri of Pleasanton County of Alameda property line. Mr.
Koopman is calling a meeting of the water users for immediate action.
Councilman Abrott reported that the water had been turned on at the effluent field
Sunday, March lst, with satiffactory results; however, two parts must be ordered
from California Concrete Products, of San Jose, to fix the gate that was broken while
checking prior to turning the water on.
Mr. Oxsen was directed to write to Mr. Vivrette, of the Alameda County Flood Control
office, for elevations in order to deepen the ditch on the east side of the Western
Pacific Railway which would remedy the drainage situation at the south west corner of
the Sewer Farm. He will secure ;information from Mr. Ramseier as to the capacity of
the Sewer Farm also.
