86 The Council of the Town of Pleasanton met in regular session at 7 :30 P.M. on the above date with Acting Mayor Hansen in the Chair. Roll call showed present Councilmen Trimingham and Abrott. Absent; Mayor Owen and Councilman Hewitson due to illness. Minutes of the meetings October 1st., 4th, and 22nd were read and approved as read.. Acting Mayor Hansen called on Mr. Roy Jensen. Mr. Jensen in turn presented maps of a sub division on Ray Street on a six acre tract. 30 homes are planned. The Council will refer maps to Engineer Harry Goodridge for approval. Mr. Amaral, turned over to Councilman Abrott a copy, Fire Flow Tests, by Board of Fire Underwriters of the pacific`. Mr. Cairo, asked Council for donation for the prizes in the Halloween par- ade, also donation toward a gift of appreciation to Gil Messa for his work hand- ling boys ball clubs. Mr. Moore, connected with Lassents sub division south of Pleasanton, said maps for divison are not completed for presentation to Council. Mr. Toronto, said Forrest Adams presented him with a bill for labor and material for forms pulled out on curb and gutter job which Mr. Toronto refused to have completed. Attorney Gale advised the Council that the Town of Pleasanton was not res- ponsible as it was a transaction between Mr. Toronto and Forrest Adams.
