122 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1990 <br />SELLING TOWN OF PLEASANTON 1948, SEWER BONDS <br />WHEREAS, the City. Council of the Town of Pleasanton <br />heretofore duly authorized the issuance of $126,000 principal <br />amount of bonds of the Town of Pleasanton, to be known as <br />"Town of Pleasanton 1948 Sewer Bonds ", all dated June 15, 1948., <br />and further duly authorized the sale of said bonds. at public <br />sale to the highest and best bidder therefor; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the sale of said bonds has been <br />duly given in the manner prescribed by said resolution and the <br />following bids for said bonds were and are the only bids re- <br />ceived by said Council, to wit: <br />Net Interest <br />Name of Bidder Cost to City <br />American Trust_Co., <br />Blyth & Co. and_ Sohwabaoher & Co. <br />Bank of America National Trust & <br />Savings Association <br />Heller Bruce & Co. and J.
