2. Dublin Responsibilities. Dublin shall be responsible for the following: <br /> 1. Enter into an agreement with CCS, Inc. to include the additional <br /> work for the Project. <br /> 2. Administration of the CCS, Inc. contract, including review of <br /> monthly progress reports and processing payment to CCS, Inc. <br /> 3. Submit monthly progress payment reports for completed work to <br /> Pleasanton Director of Public Works for processing of payments to <br /> the City of Dublin. <br /> 4. Provide City staff to attend and participate in meetings as outlined <br /> in the Scope of Work from CCS, Inc. <br /> 3. Pleasanton Responsibility. Pleasanton shall be responsible for the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Transfer funding for the Project that will be provided by <br /> Pleasanton to Dublin for the monthly progress payments within <br /> thirty (30) days of request. <br /> 2. Provide City staff to attend and participate in meetings as outlined <br /> in the Scope of Work from CCS, Inc. <br /> 4. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall become effective on the <br /> first date indicated above and shall terminate upon the acceptance by all <br /> parties of the work described herein. <br /> 5. Indemnification. Neither Dublin, nor any officer or employee thereof, <br /> shall be responsible for any damage or liability occurring by reason of <br /> anything done or omitted by Pleasanton under or in connection with any <br /> work, authority or jurisdiction not delegated to or performed by Dublin <br /> under this agreement or otherwise. Pursuant to Government Code §895.4, <br /> Pleasanton shall fully indemnify and hold Dublin harmless for any liability <br /> imposed for injury (as defined by Government Code §810.8) occurring by <br /> reason of anything done or omitted to be done by Pleasanton under or in <br /> connection with any work described herein.
