The Parties realize that the facts upon which this release is based may hereafter turn out to <br /> be other than or different than the facts in that connection, now known, or believed by the Parties <br /> to be true, and that this release is binding and effective notwithstanding such facts turning out to be <br /> different. <br /> The Parties expressly warrant and represent that the effect and import of the provisions of <br /> Section 1542 have been fully explained to them by their respective attorneys. <br /> 14. Agreement Binding on Successors. <br /> This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the respective successors, assigns and <br /> representatives of each Party to this Agreement. <br /> 15. Integration; Amendments. <br /> This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties, and all previous <br /> statements or understandings, whether express or implied, oral or written, relating to the subject <br /> matter of this Agreement are superseded by this Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified <br /> or amended except by written agreement signed by the Parties. <br /> 16. Counterparts. <br /> This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, <br /> but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br /> 17. Authority to Enter Into Agreement. <br /> Each Party represents and warrants that it has the capacity and legal authority to execute this <br /> Agreement on behalf of the entity involved, and to effectuate the purposes of the Agreement. <br /> 6 <br />
