City's responsibilities hereunder and its ownership <br /> rights do not include the Regional Sewerage Facilities, <br /> District's Treatment Plant and appurtenances, the main trunk <br /> sewers connecting District's Collection System to District <br /> Treatment Plant, or District's Collection System. <br /> (b) District's Collection System. District shall own, <br /> acquire, construct, improve, replace, repair, operate and <br /> maintain District's Collection System located within District's <br /> sewerage service area, the main trunk sewer connecting said <br /> Collection System to District's Treatment Plant, and all Sewage <br /> collection facilities located within the physical boundaries of <br /> District's Treatment Plant except as to that portion of City's <br /> East Amador Main located within said Treatment Plant. <br /> (c) Regional Sewerage Facilities. District shall retain <br /> ownership of the Regional Sewerage Facilities including, without <br /> limitation, District's Treatment Plant and any and all easements, <br /> rights, and permits pertaining to District's Collection System <br /> and the Regional Sewerage Facilities. Title to all additions, <br /> expansions, modifications, replacements or other improvements, <br /> including, without limitation, the Storage Facilities hereinafter <br /> in this paragraph described, or real or personal property or <br /> property rights, acquired, constructed, granted, or otherwise <br /> conveyed to District pertaining to the Regional Sewerage <br /> Facilities shall likewise be vested in District. Without <br /> limitation upon the foregoing, title to any and all such <br /> 12 <br />
