Capacity rights in <br /> addition to those described in subdivision (a) hereof shall be <br /> provided by amendment or supplement to this agreement to reflect <br /> Treatment and /or Disposal Capacity Rights acquired by or for the <br /> parties from TWA, LAVWMA, or similar Joint Use Facilities, and <br /> the addition of disposal capacity corresponding to recycling <br /> credits as described in paragraph 9. Said amendment(s) or <br /> supplement(s) shall provide, upon acquisition of Disposal and <br /> Treatment Capacity Rights or determination of recycling credits, <br /> that the respective allocations of Treatment Capacity Rights and <br /> Disposal Capacity Rights between the parties shall be the sum of <br /> the above allocations for each party and the newly- acquired <br /> Disposal Capacity Rights and /or Treatment Capacity Rights. <br /> Upon written authorization by City, District shall acquire <br /> Disposal Capacity Rights and /or Treatment Capacity Rights from <br /> TWA, LAVWMA or similar Joint Use Facilities for and on behalf of <br /> City, subject to availability of such Rights and the <br /> Reflects limitation upon availability of disposal capacity under <br /> agreement dated May 2, 1985, between LAVWMA and East Bay <br /> Dischargers Authority. <br /> 25 <br />
