DES:df' 9/25/92R(001/54) <br /> 10/07/92R <br /> is not resolved within four (4) weeks of receipt <br /> of the original notification of dispute, then the <br /> parties shall proceed as hereinafter in (ii) <br /> provided. <br /> (ii) In the event the parties are unable to resolve a <br /> dispute pursuant to (i) above, the representatives <br /> of the parties shall report to their respective <br /> governing bodies that such dispute is unresolved. <br /> In such event, the governing bodies shall each <br /> appoint two (2) representatives from their <br /> respective governing bodies who shall meet within <br /> four (4) weeks from the date of appointment of the <br /> last of said representatives to be appointed, to <br /> review, discuss and attempt tentatively to resolve <br /> the dispute. If said dispute is tentatively <br /> resolved by said representatives, the tentative <br /> resolution shall be reported to the governing <br /> bodies of the parties. Said governing bodies may <br /> approve, reject, or revise said tentative <br /> resolution, as they deem appropriate or as they <br /> may agree.
