Requesting Party, projected growth rates thereof, and estimated <br /> time for acquisition or provision of additional Treatment Capacity, <br /> which latter estimate shall be provided by District. The provisions <br /> of this subparagraph (ii) shall expire and be of no further force and <br /> effect upon the acquisition or other provision of Treatment Capacity <br /> in addition to that corresponding to the total amount of Treatment <br /> Capacity Rights allocated in subparagraph (i) hereof. <br /> 4. Successors. This Agreement, and the duties, obligations, and rights <br /> of the parties hereunder shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, their <br /> successors. <br /> 5. Effect on Basic Agreement and First Supplemental Agreement. <br /> Except to the extent supplemented or modified hereby, and by the First <br /> Supplemental Agreement, all terms, conditions, and provisions of the Basic <br /> Agreement and of the First Supplemental Agreement shall remain, and are, in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> 6. Paragraph Headings.
