DES:dit 9/25/92R(001/54) <br /> 10/07/92R <br /> disposal and which reduces the volume of <br /> Wastewater disposed from Sewerage Facilities. <br /> (t) Recycled Water Wastewater which has been <br /> rendered fit for reuse for a beneficial use or a <br /> controlled use other than disposal from Sewerage <br /> Facilities. <br /> (u) Recycled Water Rights the right to use recycled <br /> water, expressed in mgd of Recycled Water. <br /> (v) Regional Sewerage Facilities District's <br /> Treatment Plant and any and all improvements <br /> expansions, additions, or modifications thereto <br /> made pursuant to paragraph 6 including, without <br /> limitation, the acquisition and construction of <br /> facilities which increases the Treatment Capacity <br /> Rights or Disposal Capacity Rights of District or <br /> City, Storage Facilities and Recycling facilities <br /> (but only those Recycling facilities as to which <br /> the parties agree shall become a part of the <br /> Regional Sewerage Facilities), and appurtenances <br /> thereto; provided, that Regional Sewerage <br /> Facilities do not include facilities owned, <br /> provided, or furnished by LAVWMA or TWA. <br /> (w) RWQCB The Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> San Francisco Bay Region, or any successor agency <br /> thereof which performs its functions and exercises <br /> its jurisdiction pursuant to the Clean Water Acts. <br /> 7 <br />
