Each party hereby declares that it would have entered into this Agree- <br /> ment and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase and word <br /> thereof irrespective of the fact that one or more section, subsection, <br /> sentence, clause, phrase or word, or the application thereof to either <br /> party or any other person or circumstance be held invalid. <br /> SECTION 22.
