remedy under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of any such <br /> right, power or remedy, and no waiver of any breach or failure to <br /> perform shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or <br /> failure to perform or of any other right arising under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 13.14 Not for Benefit of Creditors. <br /> The provisions of this Agreement are intended only for <br /> the regulation of relations among Partners and the <br /> Partnership. This Agreement is not intended for the benefit of <br /> non Partner creditors and does not grant any rights to or confer <br /> any benefits on non Partner creditors or any other Person who is <br /> not a Partner. <br /> 13.15 Binding on Successors. <br /> Subject to the provisions of this Agreement concerning <br /> Transfer, the rights and obligations of the Partners under this <br /> Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and bind their <br /> respective heirs, successors and assigns. <br /> 13.16 Insurance. <br /> The Partnership shall carry and maintain in force <br /> insurance meeting the requirements set forth in Exhibit F <br /> attached to, and incorporated by reference into, this Agreement. <br /> 13.17 Liability of Partners. <br /> No Limited Partner shall be liable for the debts, <br /> liabilities, contracts or any other obligations of the <br /> Partnership. <br /> 13.18 Fair Value, Liquidation. <br /> The parties agree that the amount to be paid to the <br /> -63- <br />
