FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED <br /> LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT <br /> OF <br /> RIDGE VIEW COMMONS ASSOCIATES, <br /> A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br /> This FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP <br /> AGREEMENT, amending and restating the limited partnership <br /> agreement of Ridge View Commons Associates entered into as of <br /> July 1989, is entered into as of the 15th day of November, <br /> 1989 by and between RVC Investments, Inc., a California <br /> nonprofit public benefit corporation, as General Partner, and <br /> Chevron U.S.A, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, as Limited <br /> Partner. <br /> The parties agree as follows: <br /> SECTION 1: DEFINITIONS <br /> The capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the <br /> meanings ascribed to them in this Section 1. Except to the <br /> extent expressly included in this Section, the definitions <br /> contained in Section 15611 of the Act shall not apply to this <br /> Agreement. <br /> Act.
