RESTATED <br />BY -LAWS <br />OF <br />EDEN HOUSING, INC. <br />(A Public Benefit Corporation) <br />BY -LAWS <br />By -laws for the regulation, except as otherwise <br />provided by statute or its articles of incorporation, of Eden <br />Housing, Inc., a California Nonprofit Public Benefit <br />Corporation, (the "Corporation "). <br />ARTICLE I <br />OFFICES <br />Section 1. Principal Office. The principal office for <br />the transaction of business of the Corporation is hereby fixed <br />and located at Hayward, California. <br />Section 2. Other Offices. Branch or subordinate <br />offices may at any time be established by the Board of <br />Directors at any place where the corporation is qualified to do <br />business. <br />ARTICLE II <br />DIRECTORS <br />Section 1.
