EDEN HOUSING, INC. <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, Eden Housing, Inc., is a California public benefit <br />non - profit housing corporation serving Alameda County; <br />WHEREAS, Eden Housing, Inc., intends to develop, construct <br />and own Willow Glen Apartments, a 200 -unit project to be located <br />at 5200 Case Avenue, Pleasanton, designed to serve the needs of <br />Very Low and Lower Income Elderly Households; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of <br />Eden Housing, Inc.: <br />1. That all required documents pertaining to Willow <br />Glen Apartments relating to the lease of the site and <br />construction and permanent financing, including, but not <br />limited to the following documents: the Ground Lease <br />between the City of Pleasanton, as lessor, and the <br />Corporation, as lessee; the Housing Development Grant <br />Covenants between the City and the Corporation; the HDG <br />__ /Grantee Agreement between the City and the <br />- the HDG Deed of Trust in favor of the City <br />unG Promissory Note secured <br />- F Trust in favor of <br />^ Note <br />- - "nr of <br />
