EXHIBIT B <br />(Description of Improvements and <br />Plans and Specifications) <br />Exhibit B to BUILDING LOAN AGREEMENT between Eden Housing, <br />Inc., a California nonprofit corporation, as "Borrower ", and City <br />of Pleasanton, as "Lender ". <br />1. Description of Improvements. The Improvements consist <br />of a 200 -unit senior housing apartment complex, including a <br />community building with dining facilities. <br />2. Description of Plans and Specifications. The plans and <br />specifications are dated February 2, 1988, together with Addendum <br />A issued February 12, 1988, Addendum B issued March 2, 1988, <br />Addendum C issued March 3, 1988, Addendum D issued March 4, 1988, <br />and Addendum E issued June 27, 1988, prepared by Hardison, <br />Komatsu, Ivelich & Tucker ( "Architect "), for use by Borrower and <br />Contractor, in constructing the Improvements. <br />20:exh -b.ehi <br />
