ARTICLE 10. (continued) <br />10.8 Ownership and Use of Documents. Article 5 is deleted and the <br />following is substituted: <br />"All drawings, specifications and copies thereof furnished by <br />the Architect are and shall remain the property of the Owner. <br />They shall not be used on any other project without the prior <br />written consent of the Owner." <br />10.9 Authorization to Proceed. Architect is authorized to proceed <br />with the design phase of the project. Architect shall not proceed <br />with preparation of construction documents or contract administra- <br />tion until authorized to do so in writing by the City Manager. <br />10.10 Termination at Will. Section 7.2 is hereby modified to read <br />"This Agreement may be terminated at will by the Owner upon at <br />least seven (7) days notice to the Architect." <br />
