Inspection Staffing A G R E E M E N T P.O. Box 50306 Palo Alto, CA 94303 (415) 321 -0443 This AGREEMENT is for inspection services at the WILLOW GLEN apartment complex, Pleasanton, California INSPECTION STAFFING agrees to provide an acceptable site inspector to perform City inspection services, and using the balance of the alloted time (86 hours per month, average) to provide quality control of the work, for the owner. (Eden Housing) While providing the above services, INSPECTION STAFFING, will keep a mobile office at the site. This office will contain a telephone and a FAX machine. Daily reports will be kept in the office, for the use of the owner and project architect, who will be provided with keys. Construction problemson the job, noted by the inspec- tor, will be documented on video tape for off site review by the design professionals. A back up inspector will be available. INSPECTION STAFFING will bill EDEN HOUSING forty -two hundred dollars per month for the above mentioned services. Billing will be for the entire month in which any service is rendered, commenc- ing with the start of the work, and continuing until the final inspection. EDEN HOUSING agrees to provide hook -up and power to the mobile office. EDEN HOUSING WILL bear the cost of telephone installation only. EDEN HOUSING will provide a full set of approved plans and specifications for the inspector's use. EDEN HOUSING agrees to render payment to INSPECTION STAFFING by the fifteenth of the month, following the month in which the service was performed.
