Add a new Section 9.9.6 as follows: <br />"9.9.6 If the Owner shall have furnished to the Contractor <br />a Building Loan Agreement or similar Agreement between Owner and <br />its lender, Contractor agrees to cooperate fully with Owner in <br />complying with the provisions thereof and agrees to furnish any <br />and all information, reports and certificates which are required <br />by the Agreement." <br />21).
