Willow Glen Apartments <br />Pleasanton, California <br />HDG Project No. CA031HG701 <br />In consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the <br />undersigned hereby sells, assigns, and transfers to the City of <br />Pleasanton, California, a municipal corporation, the following: <br />1. All personal property of every kind <br />located on the property described in Exhibit A <br />and belonging to the undersigned, including, but <br />the items enumerated in Exhibit B attached hereto <br />hereof; <br />2. All policies of title insurance, fire <br />insurance, all surety agreements or guarantees, <br />which have accrued or may accrue thereunder; <br />3. All tenant leases, and all rights of the undersigned <br />thereunder and all unpaid rents; <br />4.
