RECITALS A. Lessor is the owner of all that certain real property (the "Property ") situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, California, commonly known as 5200 Case Avenue, Pleasanton, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto. B. Lessor wishes to lease to Lessee and Lessee wishes to lease from Lessor the Property together with all rights, privileges and easements appurtenant to the Property. AGREEMENT follows: NOW, THEREFORE, Lessor and Lessee hereby agree as 1.
