Owner and Agent shall, in every instance where the approval of, or <br />notice to, the City or CHFA is required, Owner and Agent shall request such <br />approval or provide such notice immediately, and shall immediately forward the <br />City's responses to CHFA, and CHFA's responses to the City. In the event of a <br />conflict between the approval or instructions from the City and CHFA, both <br />public bodies shall be immediately notified, and all parties, through their <br />representatives, shall meet or confer by conference call to resolve the <br />conflict.
