The original and one (1) copy of the City's ALTA <br />Loan title policy; <br />b. Two (2) certified copies of the City's Deed of <br />Trust and all other documents recorded as part of <br />this escrow; <br />c. The original and one (1) copy of the City's <br />Promissory Note; and <br />d.
