Hold the CLTA Endorsement 110.5, or ALTA Lender's policy, described in paragraph <br />3 above for delivery to CHFA. <br />10. Two (2) conformed copies (certified by you or the recorder as conforming) of <br />documents A, B, C, D, E, F and G listed above showing the recording <br />information, and a copy of document G listed above. <br />b. The CLTA Endorsement 110.5 described in paragraph 3 above. <br />c. Copies of any settlement statements and all other documents being recorded <br />pursuant to or otherwise relating to the transaction, including the new subordinate <br />loan from the City of Pleasanton in the amount not to exceed Two Million Two <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($2,250,000.00). <br />12. You are hereby advised that CHFA is to be at no expense whatsoever in connection with <br />the closing of this transaction. <br />13.
