Subordination Agreement to subordinate the <br />California Tax Credit Allocation Committee's ( "CTCAC ") recorded <br />Regulatory Agreement to CHFA's Loan Modification Agreement; <br />f. Subordination Agreement to subordinate the <br />California Tax Credit Allocation Committee's ( "CTCAC ") recorded <br />Regulatory Agreement to the City's new Deed of Trust; <br />g. Subordination Agreement by the Borrower and Eden <br />Housing, Inc. ( "Eden ") to subordinate Eden's Option to CHFA's <br />Loan Modification Agreement; <br />h. Subordination Agreement by the Borrower and Eden <br />Housing, Inc. ( "Eden ") to subordinate Eden's Option to the City's <br />new Deed of Trust; <br />i. Subordination Agreement by the Borrower and Web <br />Service Co. ( "Web ") to subordinate Web's Laundry Lease to CHFA's <br />Loan Modification Agreement; and <br />j. Subordination Agreement by the Borrower and Web <br />Service Co. ( "Web ") to subordinate Web's Laundry Lease to the <br />City's new Deed of Trust. <br />All of the above documents are being sent to you in signed <br />counterparts from the different parties to each of the documents. <br />Although the counterparts of the documents are the same, the <br />documents deposited into escrow by CHFA will be the most original <br />and should be used. The signed Deed of Trust and Note for the <br />City loan which are deposited into escrow by the Borrower need <br />the first pages replaced with the enclosed first pages, which <br />have the correct increased City loan amount of $2,250,000 <br />(instead of $2,200,000). <br />2. In addition to the City's loan proceeds of <br />$2,250,000.00 which you will receive from the City, you will <br />receive by wire and by a cashier's check the total amount of <br />$283,340.49 (or such other amount shown in the Borrower - approved <br />estimated settlement statement as the balance due from buyer). <br />The deposit of the Borrower's funds is being taken care of by <br />Samuel Walker at Eden Housing, Inc. Samuel's direct number is <br />(510) 247 -8111 (asked to have him paged if you get his voice <br />mail). <br />B. Conditions Precedent to Recording. You are <br />documents to close this escrow upon satisfaction <br />conditions precedent: <br />1.
