15. Prohibition Against Prepayment. The Borrower covenants <br />not to pay the indebtedness evidenced by this Note, or any part <br />thereof, prior to or in advance of the time or times for payment <br />thereof herein provided for without the prior written consent of <br />the Lenders. <br />16. Governing Law. This Note shall be construed in <br />accordance with and be governed by the laws of the State of <br />California. <br />17. Severability. If any provision of this Note shall be <br />invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and <br />enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in <br />any way be affected or impaired thereby. <br />18. Time. Time is of the essence in this Note. <br />19. No Waiver by the Lenders.
