NO. 90 -1054 <br />Attached To Policy No. 05 3058 92 001175 <br />Issued by <br />SECURITY UNION TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY <br />The Company hereby insures the owner of the indebtedness secured by a <br />Mortgage referred to in Paragraph 4 of Schedule A against loss which said <br />insured shall sustain. <br />In the event that the owner of the land located contiguous to and <br />Southerly of said land compels the removal of that portion of the fence <br />on said land which encroaches upon said contigous Parcel. <br />Nothing herein shall be construed to insure title to any real property <br />lying outside the boundary of that described in Schedule C herein. <br />The total liability of the Company under said Policy and any indorsements <br />therein shall not exceed, in the aggregate, the face amount of said Policy and <br />costs which the Company is obligated under the conditions and stipulations <br />thereof to pay. <br />This indorsement is made a part of said Policy and is subject to the <br />Schedule, Conditions and Stipulations therein, except as modified by the <br />provisions hereof. <br />This endorsement is made a part of the policy or commitment and is subject to all the terms and provisions thereof <br />and of any prior endorsements thereto.
