<br />DESCRIPTION OF COLLATERAL
<br />All fixtures and personal property of any nature whatsoever located in or upon
<br />and used in the operation of the real property; all rights, rents (subject,
<br />however, to the assignment of rents to Lender herein), royalties, mineral, oil
<br />and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock appurtenant to
<br />the property, and all fixtures, machinery, equipment, engines, boilers, incin-
<br />erators, building materials, appliances, and goods of every nature whatsoever
<br />now or hereafter located in, or on, or used, or intended to be used in connec-
<br />tion with the property, including, but not limited to, those for the purposes
<br />of supplying or distributing heating, cooling, electricity, gas, water, air and
<br />light; all elevators and related machinery and equipment, fire prevention and
<br />extinguishing apparatus, security and dishwashers, disposals, washers, dryers,
<br />awnings, storm windows, storm doors, screens, blinds, shades, curtains and
<br />curtain rods, mirrors, cabinets, panelling, rugs, attached floor coverings,
<br />furniture, pictures, antennas, trees and plants; and all interest of Borrower
<br />in (1) other tangible personal property of any nature whatsoever (a) located in
<br />or upon the real property or (b) used in connection with the operation of the
<br />real property and (2) intangible personal property relating to the development,
<br />use, or operation of the real property, including, but not limited to, all
<br />inventories, accounts, accounts receivable, contracts, contract rights, chattel
<br />paper, leases (subject, however, to the assignment of rents to Lender herein),
<br />instruments, deposits, monies due and to become due (including guarantees and
<br />security for the payment of the same) and all proceeds, benefits, and claims
<br />arising as a result of loss in value of the property or damage to any improve-
<br />ments therein or thereupon (including, but not limited to, insurance proceeds,
<br />awards for condemnation, and causes of action against third persons or
<br />entities).
