BOX 520 PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA 94566 -0802 <br />PLANNING As counsel for the City of Pleasanton (the "City "), I <br />484 -8023 have reviewed the following documents in connection with <br />ENGINEERING CHFA's loans to Ridge View Commons Associates, a California <br />484 -8041 Limited Partnership (the "Borrower ") to provide permanent <br />BUILDING INSPECTION financing for the above - referenced project: the Promissory <br />484 -8015 Note from the Borrower in the amount of $9,360,000, secured <br />by a Deed of Trust, $ 1,035,342.35 , secured by a second <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />484-8160 Deed of Trust, the Regulatory Agreement between the Borrower, <br />the City and CHFA, the organizational documents of the City <br />WAFER-BILLING and all other loan documents executed by the City in <br />484 -8038 connection with the closing of the above - referenced loans. <br />Based upon my review of the above documents and <br />applicable laws, I am of the opinion that: <br />484 -8056 1.
