Pursuant to the Agreement, the City <br />of Pleasanton deposited $327,600.00 with the Bank for the benefit <br />of Eden Housing, Inc. <br />Authorization is hereby given to the Bank of Pleasanton for <br />the immediate release of all funds held by the Bank pursuant to <br />the Agreement.
