Either party may, by notice given hereunder, designate any <br />further or different addresses to which subsequent notices, <br />certificates or other communications shall be sent. <br />Section 8.04. Severability. In the event any <br />provision of this Agreement shall _be held invalid or <br />unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any <br />other provision hereof. <br />Section 8.05. Counterparts. This Agreement may be <br />executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an <br />original and all of which together shall constitute but one <br />and the same instrument. <br />Section 8.06. Further Assurances and Corrective <br />Instruments. To the extent permitted by law, MBIA and the <br />Developer agree that they will, from time to time, execute, <br />acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, <br />acknowledged and delivered, such supplements hereto and such <br />further instruments as may reasonably be required for <br />carrying out the intention of or facilitating the performance <br />of this Agreement. <br />Section 8.07. No Rights Conferred on Others. <br />Nothing in this Agreement shall confer any right upon any <br />person other than MBIA and the Developer. <br />11 <br />
