(e) Any other insurance held by the additional insured <br /> shall not be required to contribute anything <br /> toward any loss or expense covered by the <br /> insurance which is referred to by the certificate. <br /> SECTION 16 CITY HELD HARMLESS <br /> Collector shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City, its <br /> officers, boards, commissions, agents and employees against and <br /> from any and all claims, demands, costs and liabilities <br /> (including costs on liabilities of the City with respect to its <br /> employees) of every kind and nature whatsoever including, but not <br /> limited to, damages for injury and death, or damage to persons or <br /> property, and regardless of the merit of any of the same, and <br /> against all liability to others and against any loss, cost and <br /> expense resulting or arising out of any of the same including any <br /> attorney fees, accountant fees, expert witness or consultant <br /> fees, court costs, per diem expense, traveling and transportation <br /> expense, or other cost or expenses arising out of, or pertaining <br /> to the exercise or the enjoyment of this Agreement, whether such <br /> performance be by Collector, his sub contractor, or anyone <br /> directly or indirectly employed by him, and whether such damages <br /> accrue or are discovered before or after termination of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 15 <br />
