MOBILEHOME PARK LEASE <br /> This Lease (hereafter referred to as "Lease") made and <br /> executed this day of , 199 <br /> between located <br /> at , Pleasanton, California, <br /> hereinafter designated the "Park" and <br /> designated as the "Resident, " consists of the following <br /> agreements : <br /> 1. NOTICE TO RESIDENT. THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT IS =DEPT- <br /> FROM ANY ORDINANCE, RULE, REGULATION OR INITIATIVE MEASURE: <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF PLEASANTON THAT ESTABLISHES A MAXIMUM <br /> AMOUNT THAT A LANDLORD MAY CHARGE A TENANT FOR RENT. <br /> 2 . TERM. Park leases to Resident the premises known as <br /> mobilehome site or Space No. (hereafter "the premises") <br /> in the Park to be used by Resident as the Resident' s residence <br /> and no other purposes for the term of <br /> commencing on the day of <br /> Resident is entitled to a rental agreement for a term of twelve <br /> (12) months or a shorter period only if the resident so requests. <br /> If the term hereof is for a period of less than twelve (12) <br /> months, Resident has specifically requested a shorter period. If <br /> the term hereof is more than twelve (12) months, it has been <br /> mutually agreed upon by both Resident and Park. <br /> 3 . RENT. Resident shall pay to Park as rent for the <br /> premises the sum of Dollars <br /> ($ ) per month. Park may, upon the service of at <br /> least ninety (90) days written notice to Resident, increase the <br /> monthly rent as provided by state law. <br /> 4 . UTILITIES .
