XIV. NOTICE <br /> All notices herein required shall be in writing and delivered in person or sent by first <br /> class mail, postage prepaid. Notices required to be given to City shall be addressed as follows: <br /> City Manager <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> 123 Main Street <br /> P.O. Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> Notices required to be given to Park Owner shall be addressed as follows: <br /> Daniel Guggenheim (Vineyard Mobile Villa) <br /> 100 Newport Center Drive <br /> Suite 220 <br /> Newport Beach, CA 92660 <br /> The Park Owner may change such address by notice in writing to the City and thereafter notices <br /> shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br /> XV. NO RETALIATION <br /> There shall be no retaliation against any participant in the proceedings leading up to this <br /> Agreement nor shall there be any retaliation against any person who exercises rights pursuant to <br /> this Agreement. <br /> XVI. ATTORNEY'S FEES <br /> In the event that it becomes necessary for any party to bring a lawsuit to enforce any of <br /> the provisions of this Agreement, a court of competent jurisdiction may determine and fix a <br /> reasonable attorney's fee to be paid the prevailing party. <br /> XVH. BINDING ON SUCCESSORS <br /> This Agreement is binding on the heirs, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> XVIII. AMENDMENT <br /> This Agreement may be amended, modified, or changed by the parties if in writing and <br /> approved by all parties. <br /> 8 <br />
