Resolution No. 96-89 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Section 33: The City Clerk is directed to transmit the initiatives to the City Attorney to prepare <br /> an impartial analysis of the measures. <br /> Section 4: The City Council authorizes arguments for the initiatives to be filed by Mayor Ben <br /> Tarver and Cou ncilmernber Becky Dennis.
