13. Severability. If any provision of this Promissory Note shall be deemed <br /> invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality <br /> and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or <br /> impaired thereby. <br /> 14.
