SMALL ACCUMULATIONS: <br />In addition to quantities and services provided above, <br />Collector shall pick up small accumulations of refuse, without <br />charge, one or two times per month, where said small accumulation <br />of refuse is well contained in an additional bag or box, and place <br />on top of the full container at the collection site. <br />f. SPRING CLEAN -UP. Collector shall provide for all prop- <br />erty within the City, free -of- charge collection service once per <br />year, in the Spring, for the purpose of collecting garden refuse <br />at the curb for disposal in the public dump. The dates for said <br />collections shall be agreed upon in advance each year by the City <br />and Collector. <br />3. The above described Refuse Collection Contract shall become <br />effective thirty (30) days after adoption of Ordinance No. 500. <br />DATED: October 9, 1967. <br />HELEN C.
